Jeanette McKenzie Pienta passed away within the last
couple of hours. I was informed by Kathy Grimaldi
Keller by phone a few minutes ago. She has been in touch with the family during Jeanettes illness. I
will pass along information as I receive it.

E-mail: LQQK2552@GMAIL.COM 		Had a wonderful day at Teresa Lynch's home Saturday. About 20 58'ers got there. Teresa had a buffet spread that would tear a gourmands eyes. I think everyone enjoyed the day and we missed so many who could have come...then again, there was more food and more time to hug ... THANK YOU Teresa ... lots of work, successfully done

E-mail: LQQK2552@GMAIL.COM 		Oh MY! MeCulpa...Ron C. WAS killed in Nam, but in an accident, not combat. My search was for Memorial Day deaths in combat back in 2012. There were over 10,800 non-combat deaths in Nam. 1952 from Florida.
When I was teaching, and I found I made an error, I always tried to "fix it"...still do. Sorry for error. Leo'58

E-mail: LQQK2552@GMAIL.COM 		Hi Doggies. Saw the remarks (once again) about anyone killed in Vietnam from our class on Facebook...NOBODY WAS!! See my entry from May 21, 2012 in the SBHS Guestbook for data on two men lost in Vietnam from classes from our era. Ron C. is NOT on the wall because he did not die in Nam.
Several of us (1958) did serve in Nam, but we all came home only slightly bent, NOT broken. Leo'58 Senior Chief Aerographer's Mate U.S.Navy, Retired
