A hello and update from the big apple.
I've been in a Rehab/Nursing Center since March 8th. A long story but the good news is I'm close to going home. I want to thank all of my classmates who are on FB and have kept me in prayer and thought.
I noticed recently that one of my classmates was asked about me by my best friends sister, concerning my whereabouts? Her name is Shieila King Brown, and she lives in CA.. So if that classmate would be kind enough to contact her and let her know that I'm anxious to contact her I would forever grateful.
My friend was Michael D King, he passes away in 1968. My personal info is ;

Harold Sherry is about half way through his 20 year prison sentence for a very stupid act. But- but for the grace of God, etc erc. I have learned a lot about our prison system from Harold by corresponding with him over the years. Also, I have learned a lot about be- bop music from Harold. I thought that maybe some of you would like to know that my husband Allan Howes (SBHS class of 1957) passed away on December 26, 2015 after an 18 month battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

Hello Doggies..President's Day at the Red Robin was very nice (I think) for all who were able to come. Several who said they would come didn't make it. We saw Reta Grant, Faye Wright, Patty Collins, Nancy & August Salisbury Huntley, Ellen Platt, Leonard Oorbeck and me and my sis. Surgery on my hands made this entry a bit late..sorry.. also, few pics will be later as well. Hard to type with "Catchers Mitt Hands"..Interest in Pres-Day gatherings seems to have waned the past three years. If 25 people note on this site that they wish to continue, I will do it...if not...this was last one for me to arrange.
We missed the dozens+ (of classmates within 80 miles) who no longer participate. I am very busy in my retirement, like many of you, but I am happy to make time for you Doggies. For many of you, it is indeed what the "moderns" call a "Second Family". Thanks Mac- for Helping with the Facebook announcement (we missed you too)..Stay well all, Leo '58

Hi All, I hope everyone is well. I have some news about one of our classmates. Jeanine Hansen-Bieberich has recently undergone brain surgery. Apparently the tumor was malignant as she will be having chemo. I have no further information at this time. Please keep Jeanine in your thoughts & prayers.
